A studio built for change.
Amoeba Media is a product design and automation studio in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. We help organizations turn technical problems into products people actually enjoy using, and we use AI agents to do it faster and more affordably than a traditional agency.

Founder & Principal Designer
Zach Lyon
Zach has been designing for the web since 1998. In 2003 he founded Zach Lyon Creative in Reno, Nevada, where he spent two decades building digital experiences for travel and tourism brands through every era of the web: Flash, responsive, mobile, and now AI.
Formally trained in graphic design, he brings a brand designer's eye to products and systems. He's happiest where design meets the physical world: maps, location-aware apps, and tools people use out in the field.
Today Zach leads Amoeba Media from Williamsport, where he's active with the PA Wilds Center for Entrepreneurship, Covation Center, Alpine Club of Williamsport, and Scouting America Susquehanna Council.
A senior team with agents doing the heavy lifting.
We pair experienced designers and engineers with AI agents that handle research, code and repetitive production work. That means a small, senior team can deliver what used to take a whole agency floor, without the agency overhead or the generic output.
How we think
People decide, agents assist
AI handles the repetitive work. Strategy, taste and judgment stay with people who have done this for a long time.
Built for the real world
We test products where they're used: on job sites, at front desks, on the trail. Spec documents don't hike.
Change is the only constant
Amoeba comes from the Greek for "change." We design systems that adapt as your business and its tools change.
